Dan, an alumnus of James Madison University and Duke University's Fuqua School of Business, holds a BS in Accounting and an MBA. With a rich background spanning finance, supply chain management, and operations, Dan has excelled in navigating complex business landscapes. In 2021, he and his partner Luis embarked on an ambitious venture, acquiring a stake in TENCO SOLAR and spearheading its expansion into the commercial market. Dan's visionary leadership culminated in his appointment as President and CEO of TENCO SOLAR in December 2022, where he continues to drive the company's growth and innovation in the renewable energy sector.

Luis brings a wealth of expertise in operations to the table, dedicating himself to enhancing and streamlining operational systems. With a keen eye for detail, he oversees installation and service teams, playing a pivotal role in optimizing the residential and service aspects of the business. Luis has extensive experience in Commercial and Industrial solar installing over 20 Megawatts in his career.

In 1997, Matt's entrepreneurial spirit led him to establish TENCO SOLAR, initially focusing on residential and pool solar, so that he could better serve homeowners. Recognizing the shifting landscape, his work in the SoCal commercial market solidified TENCO's reputation as an industry innovator. Matt's commitment to TENCO SOLAR remains unwavering as he continues to serve as Chief Design Officer, drawing on his wealth of experience to guide the company forward. Clients still clamor for Matt's expertise, a testament to his enduring legacy and hands-on approach.

Alex Call joined TENCO SOLAR in 2024, stepping into the solar industry with over a decade of finance and accounting expertise. A graduate of Brigham Young University with a Master of Accountancy (MAcc) degree, he oversees finance, accounting, legal, and insurance functions within the company.

A graduate of University of Massachusetts Amherst with a degree in Business Administration, Noah brought his expertise to TENCO SOLAR in February 2023. Noah’s entrepreneurial experience and background in commercial solar consulting has seamlessly integrated with his role at TENCO, where he spearheads commercial business development and sales, driving the company's growth in this sector.

Vanessa, a vital member of the TENCO SOLAR team since December 2023, leads the project management division with precision and expertise. With over a decade of experience in the solar industry, she has personally managed more than 80MW of commercial solar installations, displaying her versatility across residential, commercial, and non-profit sectors. Her comprehensive understanding of solar projects and adept leadership ensure successful project execution and client satisfaction.

Ken became an integral part of TENCO SOLAR in September 2023, bringing with him eight years of invaluable experience in solar project management. His background in purchasing, solar project management, and pre-sale design equips him with a comprehensive understanding of the industry. As the manager of TENCO SOLAR's commercial projects, Ken adeptly oversees the implementation of solar solutions with precision and expertise.

Sam joined TENCO SOLAR in December 2024, bringing with him over 20 years of experience in the residential and commercial solar industry. He is a licensed contractor holding General B and C-10 licenses and is also a Certified Energy Manager (C.E.M.) through the Association of Energy Engineers (AEE). Sam’s expertise in project management and energy efficiency make him a valuable addition to our Commercial Project Management team.

With over a decade of solar experience, Hector has been an invaluable asset to TENCO since 2012. His encyclopedic knowledge of installed systems and components, combined with his exceptional client communication skills, makes him a trusted advisor for both residential and commercial clients, adept at explaining system intricacies and brand choices with clarity and expertise.

Tiffany joined TENCO SOLAR in August 2024, bringing seven years of experience in the solar industry managing service and operations. With a background in monitoring, processing administration, and operations, Tiffany now plays a pivotal role in overseeing product procurement and project coordination at TENCO SOLAR, ensuring efficient operations and successful project outcomes.

With 20 years of expertise as a certified electrician in residential, domestic, and commercial settings, Ernesto joined TENCO SOLAR  in April 2024 as the Operations Supervisor. Previously, he owned and operated his own electrical business and served as a Production Supervisor in the Aerospace industry, honing his skills in delegation, workflow management, and team coordination.

Dennis, a California State University Long Beach graduate, joined TENCO SOLAR in October 2022, bringing his expertise to the design and engineering aspects of both commercial and residential projects. With a keen eye for detail, he plays a crucial role in coordinating permitting and post-inspection work, ensuring projects meet regulatory standards and client expectations with precision and efficiency.

Claryssa joined the TENCO SOLAR team in November 2022, bringing experience in project management, human resources, and customer communication. In her role, she manages the service department, for both residential and commercial jobs, and oversees residential solar projects, from sale to permission to operate, ensuring seamless execution and client satisfaction at every stage.

Sara-Kathryn’s extensive professional background in advertising, marketing, and operations uniquely positions her to oversee TENCO SOLAR's marketing strategies and prevailing wage compliance. She also brought a wealth of expertise garnered from her academic journey, including a BA in Communications from Queens University of Charlotte and an MA in Public Communication from American University when she joined TENCO SOLAR in February 2022. Sara-Kathryn's multifaceted skill set and dedication to excellence contribute significantly to the company's success in both communication and operational efficiency.
